📊 Performance Testing
- Check operating pressures
- Measure superheat/subcool
- Monitor starting capabilities
- Test all capacitors for proper capacitance
- Measure compressor amp draw (starting & running)
- Measure fan motor amp draws
- Test temperature difference across air handler
- Test and measure heater amp draw
- Complete system performance report
⚡ Electrical Inspection
- Inspect all electrical components for pitting, overheating, burnt connections
- Measure voltage drop across contactors
- Test all float switches
- Check thermostat calibration
- Replace thermostat batteries
❄️ Coil Maintenance
- Inspect condensing coil for corrosion
- Clean condensing coil (if hose available)
- Inspect evaporator coil for rust
- Check evaporator fan assembly for impacted fins
💧 Drain System
- Flush/vacuum condensate line
- Add algaecide tab to primary drain pan
🔧 Air Handler Service
- Wipe down interior/exterior of cabinet
- Clean all wiring inside air handler
- Wipe down evaporator blower assembly
- Replace/clean filter media
🏠 Ductwork Inspection
- Inspect condition of plenums and visible ducts
Coverage: Any age equipment, 1-5 tons
Note: Agreement does not cover duct systems, supply/return grilles, humidistats, thermostats, batteries, condensate pumps, specialty/electronic air filters, UV lights, or repairs caused by rust and corrosion.
